Workshops

Workshops are designed to build specific skills to address many of the most common concerns our students experience. We offer both drop-in/a-la-carte workshops, as well as more in-depth multi-session workshops (see descriptions of each below).  Most workshops consist of 3-4 sessions, and are offered multiple times throughout the semester.  In these sessions, facilitators teach about various mental health concepts, introduce coping strategies, create space for practice and discussion, and encourage students to learn from each other. Please check individual workshop descriptions for details about format and how to participate.

To attend our drop-in workshops, students do not need to have prior contact with CAPS. Students can attend some or all of the sessions within a workshop, and do not need to attend them in any particular order. Please see individual workshop descriptions below for information on location/format. Please note, in-person workshops have limited capacity and will be first come first serve. Workshop sessions will close after approximately 10 minutes past the start time.
